This feature of our PPI™ software forms part of Human Capital Development’s suite of team development programmes.
It works on the principle that successful working groups are formed by bringing together individuals with different work personalities. Our methodology looks at proposed or existing team members, calculates their likely team profile, recommending where appropriate further training or improvements to the team structure.
A very powerful aid to creating synergistic and effective teams, it can only be administered by personnel qualified to DiSC Analyst Level A or higher. (See Psychometric Training)
