Job Profiler™ is a powerful recruitment aid to assist in quantifying the ‘personality traits’ needed for particular roles. It takes the guesswork out of recruitment, empowering the recruitment team with an accurate process for preparing personality and soft skill specifications.
Using a simple questionnaire, this methodology measures the perceptions of key members of a company of the qualities and attributes necessary for success in a particular role. Facilitated by a trained member of staff, it is then possible to quickly prepare ‘optimum profiles’ that will fit into a role or team quickly and easily.
