Human Capital Development makes it a condition of licensing that only personnel who have qualified to a minimum of Administrator Level A are authorised to use their psychometric products.
We offer four 1-day psychometric courses covering the different applications for DiSC within the fields of Individual Analysis, Recruitment, Stress Management, Coaching and Teambuilding
Most courses are conducted in-house for our clients, but we have a limited schedule of public courses - see our training schedule.
Administrator Level A – Foundation Course
This introduction to the DiSC methodology enables analysts to provide feedback without relying on the computer generated reports, plus how to incorporate PPI™ into their recruitment processes.
Administrator Level B – Advanced Course
Provides a deeper understanding of how to use PPI™ to identify underlying stress and ‘work’ issues, plus make more effective use of the methodology in successful recruitment programmes.
Analyst Level A – Coaching with DiSC Course
An advanced course giving an understanding how to use PPI™ as part of coaching and development programmes.
Analyst Level B –Teambuilding and Team Development CourseEnables analysts to use PPI™ in conjunction with Team Profiler™ to examine existing teams and facilitate teambuilding sessions, to create greater synergy and effectiveness.
