This advanced course explores ways of using the DiSC methodology as part of coaching and development programmes. It unlocks the full potential of PPI™, enabling analysts to mentor and develop key members of staff, using a non-invasive constructive approach. Providing a deeper understanding of psychometric charts, it teaches how to look for underlying problems and assess whether they are work, or non-work related. The course develops a coaching approach where issues are opened up and discussed, with the subject being encouraged to map out their own self development plan for the future. The goal of a qualified analyst is to empower key members of staff with the understanding and tools to become more effective and productive in their work envioronment.
