Developing managers to lead and motivate their teams, is one of the biggest challenges facing all companies, regardless of size.

We offer bespoke development courses to achieve three principle objectives:-

The courses focus on making  PPI™ – Personality Performance Indicator™, an integral part of the company’s management system; a methodology that is used by all managers to create more motivated teams. It also creates a common language and greater synergy between departments but more importantly, deliver a consistent management standard across the board, where personnel are managed ‘as individuals’.

The courses are designed for both senior and general management, plus new or recent managers who want to improve their ‘people management’ skills.  

In addition to teambuilding, the one-day courses give an understanding of the DiSC methodology but primarily focus on how to utilise the printed reports, in order to lead and communicate more effectively.

Delegates are presented with individual PPI™ reports and comprehensive Leadership and Communication manuals
